Nice matte black kitchen roll holder (quite obviously sold seperately from the rail as one of several matching accessories). We’ve used ours on a rail we already had from elsewhere and looks great. Given 4 stars as many in the shop were scratched so not sure how easily this happens… time will tell, but not bad for price.

Not obvious enough in the description that the rail is sold separately. Dunelm even sent me another one when I mentioned the rail was missing! So now I have 2! And with p&p just to buy the rail, I’ve got one cheaper elsewhere.

Nice modern kitchen roll holder (clearly shown and sold as seperate from the rail, which has different accessory options). Looks great on a rail I already own. Only given 4* as others in the shop were scratched so I’m not sure how long it will take before mine does… time will tell. Otherwise not bad for price.

Although shown advertised with a hanging rail – after purchasing, I discovered that you have to buy this separately. I think this should be made clear as part of the description. The product itself looks nice. Mine did not come in a box or have any instructions on how to remove the bar to fit the roll so I’m hoping @Dunelm can help me on that please?

I, like others it seems, didn’t realise the rail comes separately and I can’t find the rail on the website. So if someone at Dunelm can please send me the link to the rail, that would be helpful.

Item does not come with top rail. Then when you buy the extra top rail at £11 it does not come with any screws. The black you ones you need. Then to top it off the standard good kitchen role does not fit !! The cheap crap does tho. I’m not a ciliary person but I could certainly give someone a knuckle sandwich over this …

I have just received this paper towel rail, which does not come with the back rail. Dunelm have conned customers to think that the two go together for that price. I have looked on dunelms site, and there is no black back rail.
I’m really angry, as I was so looking forward to putting this up in my kitchen as it looked good quality. Do not buy this item…..it’s not worth a single penny, and half of it is going back.

This item came without the pole that attaches to the wall and when I asked if that was it I was told yes, that’s how it comes. So I had to buy a separate pole to attach it to the wall!!!
Not sold as seen on website.
