Love the colour, but a bit too small. However, it would be ideal for a single person, but not for a family of 4 unfortunately. Also the way the lid is designed, when placing the food waste bag into the container, you cannot overlap the bag over the edge because of the hinges on the lid.

This looks smart sitting on a counter top (In my view); the colour in the photo is fairly accurate. I see other reviewers have criticized the size, though the measurements are clearly given in the item description. The lid is hinged but detachable, which makes it easier to empty and wash, though it can occasionally become accidentally detached during normal use. The lid gets pushed up when the caddy is overfull, so it’s no use for springy items – ie not recommended for storing plastic waste, but fine for food. The design, without grooves or lips, makes it easy to wash out.
